Regulations

The rules established in the current regulations contain some restrictions, whose aim is to make a better condition for a cohabitation characterized by the respect of the mutual exigencies. We’d like to thank right now our guests for their appreciate cooperation and we wish them the happiest stay in our mnsion.
1. Admittance to Masseria Appidé depends on the management’s permission and involves the respect of the current regulations.
2. At their arrival, customers have to hand their ID cards for registration, which will be given back after registering.
3. In Masseria Appidé children aged less than 18 years old are not allowed unless they are

accompanied by an adult taking upon him/herself the responsibility.
4. Minors have to be looked after by their parents or by an adult being directly responsible both for their safety and for damages they could cause to outfit, facilities or anything else.
5. Anyone who finds in the boundaries of Masseria Appidé any object is compelled to hand it to the management, which will see to give it back to the legitimate owner. If this latter is not to be found, within 60 days as from the finding valuables will be handed to the Authorities, where you will able to claim them back according to the way provided for by law.
6. Animals are not allowed save for departure agreed with management.
7. Every object or clothes left in the room will be brought to the management’s office where the legitimate owner will be able to claim them back.

If there will be not any claim from the customer, the management will regard itself free to throw away anything being not taken back.
8. Every infectious disease has to be immediately neported to management.
9. Management will change prices if monetary rules change.
10. Every noise aiming at perturbing our guests’ quiet is forbidden, radios, recorders, tvs or anything else have to be kept low in order not to upset your neighbours. Anyway there has to be always the maximum respect for the other people’s quietness.
11. Staying in Masseria Appidé means that every customer has a full knowledge of the current regulations and the complete and unconditional acceptance of it itself.
