In collaboration with a chef of Salento, Anna Maria Chirone Arnò, author of several books on food, the Masseria Appidé organizes cooking lessons, individual or for small groups. Each lesson, lasting three hours, takes place in the kitchen of the Masseria’s restaurant, it is based on one of the following themes, that guests choose:

Each participant works actively during the cooking lesson, because the dishes are made directly under the careful guidance of the chef. It is an exciting and fun experience for those who love good cuisine and it is addressed both beginners and passionate connoisseurs of cooking.
